When talking about real estate, the conversation usually boils down to the price per square meter, location and cost-effectiveness calculations. We are also interested in what happens before and after: what kind of space has been created, how it will be used and whether anyone, while planning the project, also thought about how daily life would look like in it.

This can best be seen in the details that are often taken for granted: how the space is used, how functional the object is, what materials have been chosen, how much will the maintenance cost. The same applies to residential buildings, hotels, offices and industrial facilities. It`s ideas, knowledge and decisions that make the difference which are brought in long before moving in or opening the facility.

This is exactly why we want to go one step further with this newsletter than news about new investments and construction sites. We are interested in projects that change the look of cities, but also the people who conceive and realize them, the materials used, the technologies that facilitate construction and solutions that make sense in practice.

"From the ground up to the details - Projects, ideas and trends" is why we look at real estate, building and arranging the space from a slightly different angle.
