Solar power plant of 3 MW to be built in Mali Pozarevac – Nearly 14,000 m2 under panels

Mali Pozarevac, a place in the Belgrade municipality of Sopot, will soon get its first solar power plant with a maximum output power of 3 MW.

The project leader is the company SE MP3 Solar doo from Belgrade, which has submitted a request to the Secretariat for Environmental Protection of the City of Belgrade for a decision on the need for an environmental impact assessment for the MP3 solar photovoltaic power plant construction project.

Construction is planned on a plot of 35,125 m2, and the planned area under panels is 13,867.012 m2.

The project leader is the company SE MP3 Solar doo from Belgrade.

The investor entrusted the preparation of the Request for a Decision on the Need for an Environmental Impact Assessment for the MP3 Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant Construction Project to the company ECOlogica Urbo doo from Kragujevac.


According to the data of the Republic Geodetic Authority, the cadastral plot on which the solar power plant will be built is registered as agricultural land, and according to the culture, as a 4th class field.

In addition to the solar power plant (GF+0), the complex is planned to contain: a production substation TS1, a battery system substation TSB, battery storage facilities B1 and B2 and a switchgear facility.

On said cadastral plot, in addition to the PV panels with all the associated elements for their proper functioning and all the associated facilities that are in the function of producing and storing electricity from that solar power plant, other green areas, outdoor lighting poles, line infrastructure facilities, an internal road (service corridor), as well as a parking area, are also planned.

Said solar power plant is planned to have 92 supporting structures for the installation of PV panels in various configurations.

The project proposes that the PV panels be placed in a portrait (upright) position in two rows on the structure, and the planned number of PV panel columns is 13, 14, 26 or 28.

The structure is made of steel, and the construction of a battery storage facility is also planned.

The location of the planned MP3 solar photovoltaic power plant is within the scope of the Spatial Plan of the City Municipality of Sopot.

Mali Požarevac, mesto na području beogradske opštine Sopot, uskoro dobija prvu solarnu elektranu maksimalne izlazne snage 3 MW. Gradnja je predviđena na parceli površine 35.125 m2, a planirana površina pod panelima je 13.867,012 m2.

Predviđeno je da osim solarne elektrane (P+0), kompleks sadrži: trafostanicu proizvodnje TS1, trafostanicu baterijskog sistema TSB, baterijsko skladište B1 i B2 i objekat razvodnog postrojenja. Planira se da na predmetnoj solarnoj elektrani bude 92 noseće konstrukcije za montažu FN panela u različitim konfiguracijama. (2026)
