One step closer to construction of logistics complex in Borca – Application for green permit for more than 300,000 m2 submitted

(The planned layout of the future CTPark Belgrade Borca) The company CTP Property Lambda doo Belgrade has submitted to the Secretariat for Environmental Protection a request for a decision on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment for the project to build the logistics complex Belgrade East - phases 1, 2, 3 and 4.

The planned construction includes land in Borca, and the total area under the buildings is 302,878 m2. The project envisages the construction of a logistics and warehouse complex, which will be implemented in phases.

In the first phase, the plan is to build a warehouse building B1 (units A and B), a guardhouse, a pumping station with sprinkler tanks and a hydrant network, a canopy for smokers and bicycles, as well as to install information billboards at the access points to the plot.

The second phase includes the construction of the storage facility B2 (units C and D), as well as accompanying canopies for smokers and bicycles.

As part of the third phase, new storage facilities, an office building, an additional guardhouse, canopies, as well as the installation of advertising elements, including a 15-meter-high advertising totem and eight-meter-high masts, are planned.

The fourth phase envisages the construction of three more storage facilities, one of which contains administrative rooms, as well as additional shelters for employees and users of the complex.
