Memorandum on strategic cooperation between Government of Serbia and Xiamen Airlines – Placing Serbian products on their flights and potentially introducing route to Serbia

Minister Adrijana Mesarovic signed a memorandum on strategic cooperation between the Government of Serbia and Xiamen Airlines with the company’s CEO, Xie Bing, in Xiamen.

This document envisages expanding cooperation with the company, whose flights offer Serbian food products. Mesarovic said that Serbia had been in negotiations with Xiamen Airlines, which has a fleet of over 200 aircraft, for a long time, and that in the future it would also talk to them about establishing flights to Serbia.

– The request of the Republic of Serbia to them was that we try to introduce Serbian products - Serbian wine, Serbian brandy, honey, chocolates and confectionery - to introduce these and other products on their flights – said Mesarovic.
