Serbia to get first 4-star Ramada by Wyndham hotel – Golubac attracting major hotel brand to the Danube bank

HTP Plaza d.o.o. has signed a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for the first Ramada by Wyndham hotel in Serbia. The Ramada by Wyndham Golubac Danube Waterfront hotel is being built from the ground up in Golubac, on the Danube bank, and is scheduled to open in May 2027, ahead of EXPO 2027 Belgrade.

The four-star hotel will have 101 accommodation units and will be located about two kilometers from the Golubac Fortress and the UNESCO Global Geopark Djerdap.

It is expected that the opening of the hotel will create more than 65 new jobs.
