Framework agreement awarded for design, production and delivery of uniforms for employees and volunteers at EXPO 2027

The company Ekspo 2027 d.o.o. Beograd has awarded a framework agreement for the design, production and delivery of uniforms for employees and volunteers for the needs of the specialized exhibition Expo 2027 Belgrade to a group of bidders consisting of Luss Textile d.o.o. Draganici and Modni atelje Biljana Tipsarevic d.o.o. Beograd-Savski venac.

The value of the framework agreement is 367,989,600 dinars excluding VAT, the statement says, adding that the value of the framework agreement represents the estimated maximum value of potential services, while individual payments will be made in accordance with the needs of the client.

The procurement includes the design, production and delivery of a total of 209,141 items, of which 200,666 are intended for volunteers, 2,800 for employees and 5,675 for other employees. The uniforms will be made in accordance with the adopted conceptual design of the PLAYMAKERS collection and the visual identity of Expo 2027 Belgrade.

The volunteer line includes T-shirts, polo shirts, trousers, hoodies, dresses, scarves and bandanas, windbreakers, caps and backpacks.

Polo shirts and windbreakers are provided for employees, while the line for other employees includes, among other things, jackets, shirts, business trousers and skirts, business suits, dresses, sweatshirts, windbreakers, shorts, ties and scarves.

The collection will carry recognizable elements of the visual identity of Expo 2027, including motifs inspired by the Pirot carpet, the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers and the theme “Play for Humanity.”

– The uniforms will be one of the most visible elements of Expo 2027, because during the 93 days of the exhibition they will be worn by people who will be in daily contact with visitors from Serbia and around the world. It is especially important to us that the collection, through contemporary design, will also present motifs that are recognizable for Serbia and Belgrade – said the director of “EXPO 2027” doo Belgrade Danilo Jerinic.

As he added, “our employees and Expo Playmakers will be among the first people visitors will meet, which is why we want the uniforms to be functional, comfortable and a recognizable part of the exhibition’s identity at the same time.”

The specialized exhibition Expo 2027 Belgrade will be held from May 15 to August 15, 2027, with the participation of 143 international participants, while more than four million visits are expected during the 93 days of the exhibition.
