Procurement launched for operational management of accommodation in EXPO Village

The company EXPO 2027 doo Belgrade has launched a procurement procedure for the operational management of accommodation in EXPO Village, which will be intended for the accommodation of exhibition participants from all over the world during the specialized exhibition.

The subject of the procurement includes the engagement of professional staff and the provision of the necessary funds for work in the areas of reservations, reception operations and financial and administrative monitoring of accommodation capacities. The service will be organized in such a way as to ensure the efficient functioning of all processes related to the accommodation of participants during the exhibition, the statement says.

EXPO Village, whose construction is underway, will be a modern residential complex with around 1,500 residential units, intended for the accommodation of representatives of international participants, organizers and other accredited persons.

Operational management will include processing reservations, allocating accommodation units, receiving and checking out guests, key management, coordinating user requests, as well as financial monitoring and reporting.

– In addition to the construction of infrastructure, organizational preparations for EXPO 2027 Belgrade are equally important. Accommodation management is one of the key systems that will enable us to provide participants from all over the world with quality and efficient service during their stay in Belgrade – said Danilo Jerinic, director of Expo 2027 doo Belgrade.

It is planned that the service provider will provide trained staff with knowledge of Serbian and English, as well as all necessary technical equipment, software, licenses, uniforms and other means of work. Special emphasis will be placed on the continuity of service, protection of data on accommodation users and coordination with all services participating in the functioning of the EXPO village.
