What business premises within EXPO Village will look like: Tender announced for development of conceptual interior design, interior design and execution of works on furnishing these premises

The company EXPO 2027 doo has announced a public procurement procedure for the development of a conceptual interior design, interior design and the execution of works on furnishing the EXPO business premises located in the EXPO Village.

The facilities included in this tender are the EXPO Village Operations Center, the Lost and Found Office, the EXPO Fleet, the Uniform Distribution Center, the One Stop Shop (OSS), the Accreditation Center, the Logistics and Operations Security Center, the Artists’ Salon, the Program and Content and the EXPO Office.

As stated, all premises are independent functional units that are accessed from the external
open space, directly from the ground floor, with which all premises have the same elevation. Within each premises there is a functional, equipped sanitary facility.

All premises, except for the premises planned for catering, are intended for commercial use, and in accordance with this assumption are equipped with basic elements and connections. The premises intended for use for catering purposes will be additionally equipped with connections and equipment for the removal of grease vapors, as well as for the separation of grease from oily/greasy sewage.

The area of the facilities included in the tender ranges from 35 to 277 square meters.

PHASES:

Phase I – Preparation of project documentation – no later than September 15, 2026.

Phase I.1 – Preparation of the Conceptual Interior Design – no later than August 30, 2026.

Phase I.2 – Preparation of Interior Projects – no later than September 15, 2026.

Phase II – Execution of works – no later than December 1, 2026.

Phase III – Furnishing – no later than December 15, 2026.

In the event of a change in the dynamics of the EXPO 2027 Belgrade project, as indicated, the established deadlines will be adjusted to the new dynamics, based on the signed annex to the contract.

The warranty period for the performed works is a minimum of 24 months and is valid from the date of signing the Minutes on Quantitative and Qualitative Acceptance of Phase III, and the warranty period for furniture and equipment is the same.

Bids can be submitted until August 14.
