Telekom Srbija pays dividends of RSD 2.24 billion to shareholders

The Assembly of Telekom Srbija made a decision on the payment of dividends for the year 2025 in the total gross amount of 2.24 billion dinars, i.e. RSD 2.8 gross per share. The decision was adopted on June 29, 2026, according to the company's announcement.

All legal holders of Telekom Srbija shares who were registered as shareholders on June 19, 2026, which is designated as the dividend day, are entitled to the dividend.

The company announced that information on the start of the payment and the method of realization will be published later on the website of Telekom Srbija, as well as on the website of the Central Registry, Securities Depository and Clearing.

The decision on the distribution of profits was made by the Shareholders' Assembly of Telekom Srbija, and the notice was signed by the company CEO, Vladimir Lucic.
