Tender opened for construction and maintenance of exhibition pavilions at EXPO 2027 specialized exhibition

The company EXPO 2027 d.o.o. Belgrade has launched a procurement procedure for the design and construction of collective pavilions, as well as their operational management and maintenance during the EXPO 2027 specialized exhibition.

As stated in the company’s announcement, the subject of the procurement includes all phases of the implementation of collective pavilions from design, construction and equipment, to operational management, maintenance and dismantling after the end of the exhibition.

The deadline for submitting bids is July 3, and the contract will be awarded based on the criteria of the most economically advantageous offer, with an assessment of the price, experience of the bidder, implementation methodology and quality of the proposed conceptual solution.

Collective pavilions are intended for countries that will present their exhibition displays in joint facilities, organized according to regional and thematic units.

– By announcing this procurement, we continue intensive preparations for the EXPO 2027 Belgrade specialized exhibition. Our goal is to provide high-quality and functional spaces in which the participating countries will best present their culture, innovations and development potentials – said the company’s director, Danilo Jerinic.

The specialized exhibition EXPO 2027 Belgrade will be held from May 15 to August 15, 2027.
