The company EXPO 2027 doo has announced a public call for the selection of a logistics partner who will manage complete logistics operations during the preparation, holding and completion of the Specialized Exhibition EXPO 2027 in Belgrade. This is a multi-million-dollar complex job that includes storage, transport, customs procedures and digital logistics infrastructure on the premises of the future EXPO complex in Surcin.

As stated in the tender documentation, the future partner will be responsible for coordinating all flows of goods, vehicles and materials before, during and after the exhibition, including warehouse management, internal distribution, as well as customs clearance of goods. The system will operate within strictly defined logistics zones, with constant monitoring and integrated software solutions for real-time shipment tracking.

Special emphasis is placed on infrastructure. Two large warehouse facilities with an area of over 4,000 m2 of tent storage are planned, as well as temporary office space for customs, sanitary and other inspection services. The complex also includes a scanner for freight vehicles, as well as a service area with almost 200 parking spaces for passenger vehicles and specialized machinery.

The logistics partner will also have to provide the entire operating system, from labor and machinery, through delivery vehicles, to specialized warehouse management software (WMS) and transport flows (DMS/YMS). The service also includes the organization of customs procedures, with approximately 300 declarations, as well as the management of the regime storage of goods under controlled temperature.

The tender requirements indicate that this is an extremely complex logistics system that must operate 24 hours a day during the preparations and the exhibition itself. The contract is planned for a period of 15 months, from October 2026 to December 2027, and the deadline for applications from interested companies is June 22, 2026.
