EXPO 2027 looking for company to produce branded school supplies for schools throughout Serbia

The company EXPO 2027 d.o.o. has issued a public call for bids for the procurement of branded school supplies for primary schools throughout Serbia.

The subject of the procurement includes the production and distribution of sets of school supplies for students, as well as sets of sports balls for schools.

According to the technical specification, each student set contains two A5 notebooks, a notebook number 5, a class schedule with a bookmarker, a graphite pencil with Expo 2027 branding and a protective bag for the notebook. All products will be produced according to the graphic design provided by the client.

In addition to school supplies, the delivery of sports balls for schools is also planned - football, basketball and volleyball balls with Expo 2027 printing.

The documentation specifies that the complete quantity of materials must be secured, packaged and ready for distribution no later than June 30, 2026, while the deadline for delivery to all schools is August 31, 2026.

Based on the list in the document, more than 1,270 schools and educational institutions are included in this procurement, including institutions from Belgrade, Vojvodina, central Serbia and other parts of the country.
