Nis-Dortmund air service to be relaunched

From the next winter season, that is, January 2026, passengers will again be able to fly from the Nis Constantine the Great Airport to Dortmund, the Airports of Serbia company announced.

As emphasized, Wizz Air is planning two flights a week, on Mondays and Fridays, and the first flight will be organized on January 5, 2026.

From the upcoming winter season, passengers will be able to fly from the new building of the Nis Airport.

The Nis Airport recorded 16% more passengers in June than in the same month last year and that was the most successful month since the beginning of 2025.

With the development of passenger traffic, as emphasized, there are parallel efforts toward the development of cargo transport, so in the first half of this year, at the Nis Airport, cargo transport was 36% bigger than in the same period last year, and the establishment of new cargo lines is expected too.
