Last year, Serbia was first in Europe in terms of the growth rate of tourist arrivals and overnight stays, mainly foreign guests, and revenues also set a record. Mountain centers in Serbia attract more and more tourists, as well as spas and city destinations. According to statistics, the number of guests from Europe and Asia is also increasing. Tourism officials in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina boast good statistical indicators when it comes to the number of guests and the number of overnight stays.

The tourist offer in these three countries is getting richer every year with hotels, wellness and spa facilities of high category, and there is more and more content for guests from the country and abroad who have more specific wishes and needs. And not only at the seaside, in the mountains and in the spas, but also in the city centers of the region. There are more capacities that meet the high demands of congress tourism, as well as carefully designed team building, gastronomic and wine tours, in which both domestic and foreign tourists have the opportunity to get to know the cultural and historical heritage of these areas.

In Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro, attention is equally being paid more and more to investments in more luxurious facilities and tourist and hospitality real estate.

Despite all this, there is still talk about the unused potential of these three countries in the field of tourism and hospitality, but soon, all things considered, those potentials could be turned into well-used business opportunities that will increase the attractiveness and offer in all the mentioned areas.
