New subsidies for employment in Vojvodina during September

The Provincial Secretariat for Regional Development, Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government in cooperation with Vojvodina Development Agency will start a new cycle of subsidizing employment in Vojvodina. The Provincial Government has set aside RSD 200 million minimum for the programme.

Subsidies will be allocated for minimum 10 and maximum 100 new workers and depending on the development level of the local government, this will range from EUR 3,000 to EUR 5,000 per worker.

Potential investors are obliged to provide salaries for the workers in the amount of 120% of minimum wage and to keep employees for three years minimum.

The programme is intended for both big business and small and medium-sized companies, RTV reports. The Provincial Secretariat will announce a public call and receive the required documentation.
