Larger subsidies for processing industry announced

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced that the subsidies for factories within the processing industry would increase.

He said that Prime Minister Ana Brnabic had held a session of the Council for GDP Growth and that the conclusion was that it was important to work on strengthening the meat, fruit and vegetable processing industry.

– These will be the largest subsidies so far. The decision will be made soon, as this is what we lack – Vucic said and emphasized that large processing factories such as Srbijanka, Budimka and others had been lost and that they had been very important for Serbia.
