Chinese company satisfied with navigability of first section of the Velika Morava River

Representatives of the Chinese national company China Gezhouba Group are now convinced of good navigability of the first section of the Velika Morava River.

Representatives of this Chinese company, who started collecting data for a feasibility study for the Morava Canal on Friday (31 May 2013), say that the navigability of the section between Smederevo and the Ljubicevo Bridge near Pozarevac is very good.

Huang Lin, representative of the Chinese task force, expressed his satisfaction with the first visit and what he saw in the first section of the Velika Morava River, which is 30 kilometers in length.

He said that the construction of the Morava Canal would be very significant for that area as well as entire Serbia.
