Construction permit issued for preparatory works on Belgrade section of Vozd Karadjordje

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure has issued a decision to Corridors of Serbia on a construction permit for the execution of preparatory works on the M13 Vozd Karadjordje motorway.

This concerns Sector 3, Mali Pozarevac-Arandjelovac (Section 5 of this sector Mali Pozarevac-Orasac from km 0+000.00 to km 29+000.00), or the subsection from km 3+450.00 to km 8+698.60.

The works covered by this permit will be carried out on cadastral plots in Mali Pozarevac and Djurinci (Sopot Municipality) and in Vlaska (Mladenovac Municipality).

Specifically, the works include clearing the terrain, removing black soil, excavating the terrain to the level of the grade line, excavating trenches for canals and filling the terrain to the level of the subgrade to ensure the safety and stability of the terrain, as well as processing the subsoil.

The estimated value of the works is approximately 1.203 billion dinars excluding VAT.

The investor is obliged to submit proof of resolved property and legal relations on the land, i.e. on cadastral plots, with the application for the works. In addition, the investor is also obliged to provide professional supervision during the execution of works for which a construction permit has been issued.

Let us remind that, this spring, Serbia signed a commercial contract and a pre-financing agreement with the Chinese company Shandong for the design and construction of sectors 2 and 3 of this expressway.

This is the first phase of 83 kilometers, while in the second phase, the construction of which should be completed by 2035, another 42 kilometers will be built from the Belosavci interchange, through Raca to Markovac and the exit to Corridor 10.
