Divcibare to get modern tourist complex – Three buildings to feature 97 apartments, wellness, playroom, bowling alley

Divcibare is expanding its tourist capacities.

A modern apartment-type complex will be built in the area of the address 33 Porucnika Savicica i Radica Street on this mountain.

The investor is the company Nexus Building d.o.o. from Belgrade, and the plan is to build three business buildings with apartments - 97 apartments and 6 business premises.

The estimated value of the building is 1,239,878.864 dinars (about EUR 10.5 million).

The architectural design was prepared by Spreg d.o.o. from Arandjelovac, and the responsible designer is Jasmina Mitrovic, BSc Arch.

The construction of free-standing V category buildings is planned.

The total area of the plot on which the complex is being built is 7,868 m2, the total GFA (above ground) is 2,750 m2 for Building 1, 2,784 m2 for Building 2, and 3,100 m2 for Building 3.

The total GFA is 8,635 m2.

The total gross floor area for Building 1 is 6,116 m2, for Building 2 it is 3,412 m2 and for Building 3 it is 3,761 m2.

A total of 13,291 m2

Building 1 will have a floor structure of SB+GF+1+3L and 32 apartments and 1 office space, and Building 2 will have a floor structure of B+SB+GF+1+3L and 32 apartments and 2 business premises.

In Building 3, with a floor structure of 2B+GF+1+3L, will have 33 apartments and 3 business premises.

The entire complex will have 98 garage spaces, 107 parking spaces (98GS+9PS), and of the total number, 6 PS will be for people with disabilities.

On the plot planned for construction, there is a building - a family residential building with an area of 24 m2, which will be demolished.

Commercial and tourist facilities - shops, restaurants, craft shops and business activities are planned on the ground floor, and accommodation facilities will be on the upper floors.

In addition to the restaurant on two levels, a games room, a beauty center, a spa center and a bowling alley have also been designed as tourist facilities.
