Businessman Branislav Grujic bought Zeljko Mitrovic’s company Imperialjet, formerly Air Pink, for EUR 14.6 million, its estimated value, Radar reports today.

For that money, he also received four Cessna aircraft.

Grujic bought Zeljko Mitrovic’s former airline through PF Aviation, one of his 26 companies in Serbia, which are engaged in a wide variety of activities, from the construction of residential buildings, to car sales and pharmaceuticals, to consulting activities and security services.

Grujic bought Imperialjet as a company that had gone bankrupt, and according to data from the website of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, its estimated value and (supposedly) starting price is EUR 14.6 million, while the final price has not been announced.

As indicated, the property did not come with the license to fly, which the former Air Pink lost at the beginning of 2024.
