Due to the connecting of the Milos Veliki and Morava Corridor highways, the toll booth in Preljina near Cacak has been temporarily closed. Director of PE Corridors of Serbia Aleksandar Antic points out that in around ten days, Kraljevo will be on the map of cities connected by highway networks. So far, 72 kilometers of roads have been opened to traffic.

He pointed out that, after the opening of the Cacak to Kraljevo section, the remaining part of the Adrani to Vrba interchange remains, which, according to the plan, should be completed by the end of the year.

– In terms of construction, it was not the most demanding section, but we faced the challenge of moving the high-voltage transmission line in the Kamidzora interchange zone, which required a change in the spatial plan – said Antic.

He emphasized that more than 100 kilometers of expressways are expected to be opened to traffic by the end of the year.

– Corridors of Serbia also manage the Ruma-Sabac-Loznica branch, the branch from Slepcevic to Pavlovic Bridge and the new connection with Republika Srpska and the fastest road to Bijeljina. Colleagues from the Roads of Serbia are working on the bypass around Kragujevac, as well as the section of the highway from Kuzmin to Sremska Raca – concluded Antic.
