Serbia and Saudi Arabia working on establishing flights

So far, the program has attracted British Airways, LOT Polish Airlines, ITA Airways, Eurowings, Transavia, Virgin Atlantic, Cathay Pacific and a number of other Chinese carriers, as well as Saudi airlines to commence new services.
– During the meeting, we discussed avenues for cooperation in the field of air connectivity – the ACP said.
Late last year, EX-YU Aviation News spoke to Mr Khan during the CAPA Airlines Leaders Summit in Belgrade, during which he noted that they looked at markets like Belgrade and would love to have it connected to Saudi Arabia.
– If you ask me personally which two markets in the Balkans I feel are relevant and where there is potential, these are definitely Belgrade and Zagreb with Air Serbia and Croatia Airlines – he said.
This summer, Serbia and Saudi Arabia signed a bilateral Air Services Agreement, enabling the introduction of flights between the two countries.
