Guannan Holding considers opening a European textile industrial park in Serbia

Chinese company Guannan Holding is exploring the possibility of developing the European Textile Industrial Park in Serbia. Following a meeting with company representatives, Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic described Guannan as one of China's major investors in industrial park development, the textile sector, real estate, and hospitality.

In a post on her Instagram account, Mesarovic stated that she met with company president Shao Xiong Cai to discuss what could become a significant investment—the construction of the European Textile Industrial Park—as well as potential collaboration on broader industrial and technological initiatives.

- Guannan Holding has substantial experience in developing industrial zones spanning more than one million square meters, with an established network across China, Asia, and Europe, Mesarovic noted.

The statement did not disclose potential locations for the project or which areas in Serbia are currently under consideration.
