The real estate market in the region is in full swing, this can be seen even without statistics and analysis. It`s being built fast, it`s being built a lot, and it`s being built more and more often in places we didn`t even notice until yesterday. But there is another side to that feeling of acceleration. In fact, we rarely stop to look at what remains when the cranes are removed and the fence removed from the construction site.

In this sense, the idea that it is not enough to just build more, but to build better, is being repeated more and more often. That sentence sounds simple, a phrase we`ve heard many times before. But in practice it raises a whole series of uncomfortable questions: what kind of neighborhoods we`re leaving behind, how livable they are, and whether there`s anything about them that makes them sustainable in the long term.

Because "better" in this business is not decoration, but the essence.
