In modern industrial, energy and IT systems, fire is no longer just a matter of safety - it is a direct business risk. In facilities where work continuity is the basis of business, the key problem is not the fire itself, but the moment when the system does not recognize it in time.
In real conditions, smoke does not behave as expected. In spaces with strong ventilation systems, air conditioning and large volumes, smoke is diluted and remains below the detection threshold of classic detectors. This means that by the time the alarm is activated, the process has already begun, the equipment is already at risk, and downtime becomes a reality.
In such systems, a deadlock is not just a technical problem. This is a process interruption, a waste of resources and a direct financial loss.
SecuriSmoke ASD 2000 represents a new generation of aspiration systems, developed precisely for these conditions. Instead of passive detection, the system continuously samples air through a network of pipes and analyzes it in a highly sensitive sensor. In this way, it enables detection at the earliest stage of the process – before the appearance of visible smoke and before consequences occur.

With a sensitivity of up to 0.001 %/m, the ASD 2000 detects the smallest changes in air quality, including the early stages of thermal decomposition of materials. It is this ability that enables a timely reaction and situation control while the problem is still localized.
This approach is of particular value in systems with high air flow and high concentration of equipment, such as data centers, but also in power plants and industry, where environmental conditions significantly affect the reliability of detection. In all of these cases, early information means the difference between stable operations and unplanned downtime.

For more than 55 years, Securiton has been developing and manufacturing aspiration systems for early fire detection (ASD), which is the basis on which the ASD 2000 was developed. This long-term expertise is incorporated into every segment of the system - from the principle of detection to reliability in real working conditions.
ASD 2000 is designed for demanding environments, with a minimum number of false alarms and stable performance in continuous operation mode. The flexible architecture enables the coverage of larger and more complex areas, with a clear localization of potential problems.
Maintenance is an important aspect of the system. ASD 2000 enables continuous monitoring of key parameters such as air flow and system condition, along with advanced diagnostics that allow for timely recognition of deviations. This moves maintenance from a reactive to a preventive approach, reducing costs and eliminating unplanned downtime. For the user, this means a reliable system that retains its performance over the long term.

ASD is not just a device, but a design solution. Through specialized tools, it is possible to pre-define the performance of the system and adapt it to the specific object. For designers, this means safety in designing, and for investors, risk control and long-term stability.
Our company, Securiton d.o.o., has been realizing the most demanding fire protection systems in the region for decades. Our solutions have been implemented in facilities such as TENT A and TENT B, NIS Refinery Pancevo, Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, Ironworks in Smederevo, as well as in industrial complexes such as Elixir in Prahovo and Linglong factory in Zrenjanin.

That experience is the basis for the application of new technologies in practice.
SecuriSmoke ASD 2000 does not only represent an improvement in fire detection, but a change in approach - from response to prevention. In systems where time means money and continuity of work is the basis of business, early detection is not an added value. It is the standard.
