The system works two-way, serves racks on both sides of the aisle and does not require interruptions for filling, which enables continuous operation 24/7. This significantly increases system utilization and reduces downtime. One workstation can process up to 600 input and 600 output boxes per hour, while AirRob in complex systems reaches a capacity of up to 1,500 boxes per hour. With a load capacity of up to 30 kg per box and an energy consumption of only 150 W, this system provides high level of efficiency, with significant energy savings and reduced operating costs.
AirRob is easily implemented in existing storage areas, is compatible with most standard racks and boxes, and works in a temperature range from -20°C to +50°C, which makes it an ideal solution for working in both cold storage and standard warehouses. Implementation time is short – from one to four weeks, without the need for major infrastructural interventions or long interruptions in work.
This system represents a significant step forward towards digital transformation of logistics
- enables greater capacities, reduces the need for manual work, improves safety and ergonomics of employees, and sets new standards in speed, accuracy and reliability of goods handling.
