Serbian metal component manufacturer joining German group – MS Industrie acquiring IDAS from Mol

The share purchase agreement was signed on September 30, and following the transaction’s completion, IDAS will be included in the MS Industrie Group’s consolidated results starting in October, according to the statement.
IDAS specializes in the production of high-precision metal components, industrial modules, and assemblies, primarily used in the pharmaceutical packaging and process industries.
The company generated revenue of approximately EUR 8.5 million in 2025 and currently employs around 190 people.
MS Industrie is the parent company of a technology group primarily engaged in highly automated metal processing and assembly. Its subsidiary, MS XTEC, manufactures systems and components for heavy-duty internal combustion engines, as well as for hybrid and electric drive systems.
The group generated revenue of approximately EUR 145 million in 2025 and employed around 400 people, with production facilities in Trossingen, Germany, and Charlotte, USA.
The buyer did not disclose the value of the transaction in the published statement.
