Cacak cutting tool factory up for sale – Starting price 48.1 million dinars

The joint-stock company Fabrika reznog alata Cacak (Cacak Cutting Tool Factory) - currently in bankruptcy proceedings - will be offered for sale as a legal entity via public auction, with a starting price of 48.125 million dinars.

The sale is being organized by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, acting as the bankruptcy trustee, pursuant to a bankruptcy ruling issued by the Commercial Court in Cacak in April 2022 and with the consent of the Creditors’ Committee.

The bankruptcy debtor’s most significant assets consist of potential rights to several cadastral plots in the Kulinovacko Polje area (Cadastral Municipality of Cacak), totaling 43,217 m2 in area, as well as outstanding receivables.

To participate in the public auction, a deposit of 19.25 million dinars must be paid, or an irrevocable, first-class, on-demand bank guarantee must be submitted.
