EXPO 2027 launches procurement for design, construction and equipping of pavilions and exhibition spaces

The EXPO 2027 Belgrade company has launched a procurement procedure for the design, construction and equipping of several pavilions and supporting spaces at the EXPO location, as well as for the design and implementation of exhibition content in them.

These are spaces that will be used for business, educational, cultural, technological and other programs during EXPO 2027 Belgrade. The procurement includes, among other things, the Serbian Business Hub, Bowling Alley, EXPO Tech, Nikola Tesla Museum, LUDUS Gallery, The Global Pavilion, Natural History Museum, Serbian House, EDU Pavilion and Women’s Pavilion, as well as business premises, souvenir shops, multifunctional halls and the Press and Media Center at the Expo location.

The work includes the preparation of project documentation, execution and final decoration of works, equipping of spaces and setting up exhibitions. For some pavilions, the complete implementation of the exhibition content is also planned, including multimedia, audio-visual, interactive, graphic and scenography elements.

The procedure provides for the selection of the most economically advantageous offer based on the price-quality ratio. The bidder is required, among other things, to have experience in the implementation of exhibition, fair or pavilion facilities, as well as an appropriate expert team for project management and design coordination.

Pavilions and exhibition content, as Danilo Jerinić, Director of the EXPO 2027 company, said, will be one of the most important parts of the experience that visitors will take away from EXPO 2027.

– With this procedure, we are entering an important phase in which the spaces at the EXPO location are being shaped into places of meeting, knowledge, innovation and entertainment. We invite companies that have the knowledge, experience and capacity to implement such complex projects to apply and contribute with their ideas and solutions to creating a unique experience for the millions of visitors who will come to Belgrade next year – he said.

Bids can be submitted until September 7, and more details (in Serbian) can be found HERE.
