Teklas considering cooperation with Leoni in Kraljevo, goal to create new jobs

Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarovic announced that she, together with Teklas General Manager Nebi Anil, visited Leoni’s production facility in Kraljevo, to discuss the possibilities of establishing cooperation between the two companies.

As she stated, the goal of the potential cooperation is to create conditions for creating new jobs.

Teklas, which operates in Vladicin Han and Vranje, is one of the most significant manufacturers in the automotive industry in Serbia, while Leoni in Kraljevo produces wiring systems for the automotive industry.

The minister assessed that Serbia, thanks to its economic policy, was one of the most attractive investment destinations in this part of Europe and said that the state would continue to work on attracting new investments, strengthening industry and stimulating economic growth.

No details have been announced yet on the possible scope of cooperation or planned investments.
