The project leader for the expansion - construction, extension and reconstruction of the Rosa-Homolje factory is Coca-Cola Hellenic bottling company-Srbija d.o.o. from Belgrade.
That company submitted a request for approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment Study for the project to the Department of Property and Legal Affairs, Urban Planning and Economy of the Kucevo Municipal Administration.
The study was prepared by ECO Logica Urbo doo from Kragujevac, and the Urban Planning Project for the factory expansion was prepared by Atelje za arhitektonsko projektovanje Rasprojekt, Jelena Mitic PR from Belgrade.

There are built facilities on the site that will be retained and reconstructed.
In addition to the facilities, in the factory area, traffic areas are planned, free areas are arranged (at the entrance gate and around the MRS), and the rest are areas planned for greening.
The construction of facilities for the production function - bottling of mineral water, with storage, administrative and auxiliary facilities is planned.
(Overview of the Project for the reconstruction of the factory in Neresnica) The existing facilities occupy 4,851.91 m2, and it is planned that the new facilities have an area of 3,987.76 m2, so the total gross built area will be 8,839.67 m2.
The works will be carried out in 4 phases: in addition to the demolition of the safety pools, part of the production hall will be reconstructed (a non-returnable glass packaging line will be installed, the canopy will be closed and used as an extension of the temporary warehouse, and the water treatment rooms will also be expanded).
The existing open space intended for recycling material under the canopy will also be expanded.
