TS Ventures, Telekom Srbija's corporate fund dedicated to investing in startups, is continuing with a new five-year investment cycle, after supporting nearly 30 companies in the previous period. According to the fund's director, Davor Sakac, the domestic startup ecosystem continues to grow, and with it, opportunities for new investments are also increasing.

- TS Ventures, or Telekom Srbija's Telekom fund, is continuing with its five-year investment cycle. So far, we have made 28 investments, with two more in the final stage, meaning that we will soon have around thirty. The Serbian startup ecosystem continues to grow, and consequently, we are continuing to invest and follow its further development - Sakac said.

Speaking about the potential of domestic companies, he points out that artificial intelligence is no longer a separate industry, but rather a technology applied in almost all areas of business.

- Artificial intelligence is no longer a vertical. It has become a horizontal and is now applied in many areas of business - Sakac emphasized.

According to him, the experience Serbian engineers gain while working for major international companies represents important capital for the development of the domestic startup ecosystem, provided that they later decide to launch their own companies.
