As stated in the decision published in the Official Gazette, the expropriation will be carried out on land and buildings located in the cadastral municipalities of Celice, Radoinja and Rutos in the territory of the municipality of Nova Varos, as well as in the cadastral municipality of Pribojske Celice in the territory of the municipality of Priboj.
The procedure is being carried out in accordance with the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area of the RHPP Bistrica and HPP Potpec systems, as well as on the basis of the Location Information issued by the Agency for Spatial and Urban Planning of the Republic of Serbia.
The beneficiary of the expropriation, i.e. the administrative transfer of real estate, has been determined to be the Republic of Serbia, for the needs of the Joint Stock Company Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS).
The construction of access and service roads represents one of the phases of the implementation of the RHPP Bistrica and HPP Potpec system project, which is among the largest planned energy investments in Serbia and should contribute to increasing electricity storage capacity and greater stability of the power system.
