At its core, Ictransport.app unifies Android, iOS and web applications into a single system, enabling all supply chain participants to work in the same digital environment. The platform is designed to replace fragmented communication (phones, emails, messages) with one centralized solution that speeds up processes and reduces the possibility of errors.

It is intended for a wide range of users - from carriers and forwarders, through manufacturers and traders, to companies that need to organize the transportation of goods. A special value lies in the fact that it is also adapted to small and medium-sized enterprises, which often lack complex and expensive software systems.

The platform enables simple entry and search of cargo and vehicles, including adding photos, which is especially important for non-standard shipments. One of the more innovative functionalities is the AI ​​chatbot "Sandra", through which users can enter cargo through a natural conversation, without the need for classic forms.

For the operational part of the transport, the ability to track the vehicle in relation to the loading location is key, as well as a special application for drivers which enables an overview of the loading space, direct communication and automatic translation of messages in real time. This significantly facilitates international cooperation, especially given that the platform is available in more than 20 languages.

Communication between companies is carried out through an integrated messaging system, while the bid management module allows for an unlimited number of bids to be received for each cargo, with automatic notification and archiving of all deals. In this way, a clear history of business is formed - price, relations and partners, which brings greater transparency and better control in the long run.

A special focus is placed on the safety and reliability of the business. Company registration is done through a tax number, with a check on the blocking status, and it is possible to include additional credit checks, which significantly reduces the risk of fraud, one of the key challenges in the transport industry.

Technically, Ictransport.app has been developed as a cross-platform solution with a centralized database and the possibility of API integrations, which allows connection to existing CRM and other business systems.

The platform is already functional, with around 7,000 registered users and approximately 25,000 app downloads, with continuous growth, which makes it a validated solution on the market, but also a project in the phase of further development and scaling.
