Belgrade-Based Avio Network Acquires JAT Tehnika – Investments Planned for Facility Modernization

Company Avio Network today announced the completion of the acquisition of JAT Tehnika, one of the leading providers of aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services headquartered in Surcin. According to the company, this transaction represents a key step in Avio Network’s growth strategy and significantly expands its technical capabilities, infrastructure, and market reach across Europe.

As they added, the acquisition positions Avio Network to capitalize on the growing demand for cost-efficient MRO services, driven by fleet expansion and the “recovery of the global aviation industry after the pandemic.” By integrating JAT Tehnika’s existing operations, Avio Network gains immediate access to certified maintenance capacities, a highly skilled workforce, and long-term partnerships with airlines.
