Hebei Land Port Group planning investments in Serbia this year

China’s Hebei Land Port Group plans major investments in Serbia this year, announced Economy Minister Adrijana Mesarovic during a tour of the international land terminal in Shijiazhuang, where the company also operates.

Products that left the intermodal terminal in Batajnica less than a month ago have arrived at this Chinese terminal.

– We recently discussed with Hebei Land Port Group specific potentials for improving cooperation in the field of logistics and the development of railway transport corridors, as well as the placement of Serbian food products on the Chinese market. We have now continued these discussions in order to ensure the continued presence of Serbian products on this market – Mesarovic stated in a post on social networks.
