Nikola Tesla Airport looking for company to develop business plan for Aeronautics Museum

The Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport has announced a public procurement procedure for the development of a feasibility study (business plan) for the Aeronautics Museum, which should define the further development of this institution with accompanying content.

The subject of the procurement is the services of developing a comprehensive study that will include strategic, organizational, market and financial aspects of the future functioning of the museum.

According to the technical specification, the document should offer a clear strategic framework for development, from defining the target group and market, through sales and pricing policies, to the concept of the offer and identification of key innovations and challenges in business.

A separate segment refers to management and organization, where it is necessary to propose a management structure and organizational chart, as well as a model for the institution’s future functioning.

The study should also include a detailed marketing and development plan, including goals in terms of profitability, market positioning and audience share, as well as specific promotional activities - from advertising to organizing events and exhibitions.

The key part of the document is the financial analysis, which includes multi-year projections of income and expenses, balance sheets and cash flows, as well as the calculation of profitability indicators such as NPV, IRR, ARR and EBITDA. Sensitivity analysis through optimistic, realistic and pessimistic scenarios is also foreseen, as well as the dynamics of the return on investment.
