Aman retail chain becoming owner of DIS?

The Aman retail chain is buying DIS, Kamatica has learned unofficially.

DIS retail is a domestic chain from Krnjevo near Velika Plana and is owned by Zoran Tirnanic, while the owner of Aman is Jordanian Nedal Khalil, who has Serbian citizenship.

DIS is one of the largest domestic retail chains with a large number of stores. The company started as a small wholesaler, and has grown into one of the leading retail chains in Serbia. In 2023, they generated a total of 27.7 billion dinars in revenue, and the net profit was 472,091,000 dinars. This domestic retail chain only slightly increased its profit compared to 2022, when its total net profit was 439,044,000 dinars.
