Janaf’s license extended too

OFAC has extended JANAF’s license too, which, as stated, authorizes participation in activities that are customary and necessary for the transportation of oil as part of the implementation of the Oil Transportation Agreement concluded with NIS, until April 17, 2026.

– The aforementioned agreement reserves JANAF’s transportation capacities on a “full-for-empty” basis in a total quantity of 10 million tons of oil for the contractual period. OFAC continuously issued the company with successive licenses, or permits, to continue executing the aforementioned agreement from February 27 to October 8, 2025, and from December 31, 2025, to March 20, 2026 – JANAF said in a statement.

JANAF will, as emphasized, continue to closely monitor developments and continue to take all necessary actions towards the competent authorities in order to maintain stable operations.
