In cooperation with the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and technological partners SITA and IER, Air Serbia has implemented new self-service check-in kiosks and automated baggage drop-off stations, the national airline carrier announced.

– The new self-service check-in kiosks and baggage drop-off stations will further reduce waiting times and enable higher flexibility during travel. This step is part of a wider digital transformation of Air Serbia, which entails modernization of services and improvement of all points of contact with passengers, on land and in the air, with the aim of providing a fast, simple, and pleasant travel experience – said Uros Bijelic, Head of PSS and Distribution at Air Serbia.

Air Serbia passengers now have 10 modern kiosks for quick and simple check-ins at their disposal, including travel document validation. After checking in, passengers with checked baggage can drop it off independently at one of the 10 automated stations, in a few simple steps.

The stations are located adjacent to the Premium counter at the Belgrade Airport and are intended exclusively for Air Serbia passengers.
