The Tax Administration procures American-made software

The Tax Administration is acquiring new software, an American-made commercial solution, which, according to the assessment of the relevant institutions, is one of the best in international market, the director of the Tax Administration, Dragana Markovic said.

The contract for its procurement was signed by the Tax Administration at the end of last year, she specified.

The software, she added, is in use in over 65 tax administrations around the world, the largest number of which belongs to the state administrations of the United States.

- In Europe, it is worth mentioning the Finnish Tax Administration, which has implemented the complete software solution, while it is currently being implemented in the Netherlands, as well. We expect that the application of this software will simplify the work of both taxpayers and tax officials and enable greater efficiency in the work of the Tax Administration - said Markovic at the Kopaonik Business Forum.
