According to the agreement, Fine Stamping will invest 47.1 million euros and employ around 150 permanent workers by the end of 2028. The subsidy, which makes up approximately 15% of the total investment, will be paid in four annual tranches during 2026-2029, and the company applied for this state incentive in June 2024, the Bulgarian portal reports, referring to the agreement it states was published by the Ministry.
Fine Stamping has been operating in Serbia since 2024 through its Belgrade subsidiary Finestamping Technology, the company’s first foreign unit. The Apatin factory opened in November 2025 and will produce motor cores for electric cars.
