Tender for construction of National Boxing Center in New Belgrade announced

The Boxing Federation of Serbia has announced a public procurement for the execution of works on the first phase of the construction of the National Boxing Center complex in New Belgrade, with an estimated value of almost 500 million dinars.

The subject of the procurement is the construction of the training part of Facility 1, with a floor plan of GF+1, a gross developed construction area of 3,166.27 m2, as well as the accompanying infrastructure. As part of this phase, the construction of an internal road, an open parking lot with 41 parking spaces (of which five are for people with disabilities and eight for VIP users), pedestrian and green areas, as well as complete infrastructure connections, including a substation, is also planned.

The procedure is being conducted as an open procedure, and the deadline for the execution of works cannot be longer than 400 calendar days from the date of the contractor’s possession of the site.

As a reminder, the cornerstone for the National Boxing Training Center was laid in June 2023, and it was announced at that time that the works would be completed by the end of 2025.

According to the urban planning design, prepared by the Pro 19 office from Belgrade, the complex will be built in Ivana Ribara Street and include two main buildings with a total gross area of 7,257 m2. In addition to the training and competition facility, the construction of a youth accommodation facility with a floor plan of GF+2 and a gross area of 1,688 m2 is also planned.
