Arandjelovac to get Infinity Park hotel-tourist complex – Apartments and wellness zone to be built on 1.34 hectares

Arandjelovac is to get a tourist complex. Namely, the AR Granit company from that city will build Infinity Park in Vojvode Putnika Street.

The drafting authority for the development of the Detailed Regulation Plan is the Municipality of Arandjelovac, and it is developed by the PE Urbanizam from Kragujevac.

The area where the hotel will be built is in the construction area of the settlement. The predominant planned purpose is a tourist complex - hotel - apartments, and the area covered by the Detailed Regulation Plan is 1.45.95 hectares.

The maximum number of floors is GF+3.

The complex is planned as a health and tourism zone, with purposes and facilities of health and spa tourism.

It is planned that the tourist complex and areas for other purposes will occupy an area of 1.34.83 hectares, and the areas for public purposes and roads will each occupy 0.11.12 hectares.

The following additional uses are envisaged for the facility: catering services, sports and recreation, healthcare, spa tourism, housing, but a maximum of 50% at the level of the purpose.

Housing may appear as an additional purpose, namely one residential unit for permanent residence on an individual plot.

Existing housing facilities are retained with the planning determination to transform these facilities into an apartment-boarding type of tourism, which is in accordance with the Higher-Order Plan.

Public access to the draft Detailed Regulation Plan for the hotel-tourist complex “INFINITY PARK” will last until February 11.
