The Rail Cargo Terminal - BILK Zrt. in Budapest and the Logistics Centers of Serbia plan to deepen and concretize their cooperation in the coming period.

One aspect of this cooperation, which was discussed at the working meeting in Budapest, is the potential of shuttle trains on the Budapest - Belgrade route, including the route to the port of Rijeka. As stated in the statement of the Logistics Centers of Serbia, other possible forms of cooperation between these two intermodal terminals were also discussed.

Let us remind that, when it comes to the intermodal terminal in Batajnica, a container service to Batajnica from the direction of Trieste was recently launched, in accordance with the initiative launched by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce together with the northern Adriatic ports of Rijeka, Koper and Trieste, with the aim of accelerating the modernization of railway infrastructure and removing all administrative barriers that hinder efficient transport between Serbia and Adriatic ports.
