Armored vehicles “Lazar” and “Milos” to be assembled in this village near Kursumlija

The hall will be built, as stated, within the complex of the Factory for Machining Parts. This is the factory of the military industry Borbeni slozeni sistemi in Pljakovo near Kursumlija, which opened in 2020 and where the military armored vehicles “Milos” and “Lazar” are produced.
The investment in the new hall was announced in March last year, when the factory management informed the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, during his visit, that another assembly plant was planned, so that the “Lazar” and “Milos” vehicles would also be assembled in the factory complex.

This is the plant for which a building permit has now been issued, and it will be located about 2.5 km from Pljakovo, in the village of Mackovac (cadastral plot no. 1583/1, KO Mackovac, Kursumlija municipality).
The planned net area of this ground-floor facility is about 2,756 m2, on a plot of 99,000 square meters.
The estimated cost of the works is 250,000,000 dinars excluding VAT (about EUR 2.14 million).
