Renovation of 10 railway stations in Belgrade and Pancevo planned - Tender announced

The Serbian Railways Infrastructure company has announced a tender for the renovation and adaptation of ten station buildings in Belgrade and Pancevo. The procurement relates to the execution of construction works at the stations Zemun, Zemun Polje, Pancevo-Main, Ovca, Pancevo Bridge, Vuk Monument and Rakovica, as well as at the stops Karadjordje Park, Tosin Bunar and Altina.

The estimated value of the procurement was not stated.

The works include complete renovation and adaptation, from structural and construction interventions, renovation of installations, to finishing touches in the interior and on the facades, with the aim, as stated, of raising the technical, aesthetic and functional level of the buildings.

According to the technical conditions, the unit prices of the works must include all materials, manpower, auxiliary structures, scaffolding, protective measures, material tests and all accompanying costs, while the contractor also bears obligations regarding trial operation of installations and construction site insurance. The investor, it is stated, will not recognize subsequent costs that are not included in the offered price.

The deadline for carrying out the works is 150 days, and the deadline for submitting bids expires on December 29.
