As for the claims of Beogradska banka in bankruptcy that it has against debtors (legal entities and entrepreneurs), as of September 30 this year, they had a total nominal value of 25,871,533,668.25 dinars. The estimated value of these claims, as stated in the AOD advertisement, is 706,262,037.29, and the deposit in the amount of 15% of the estimated value should amount to 105,939,305.59 dinars. As specified, the minimum acceptable bid cannot be lower than 100% of the estimated value, which is 706,262,037.29 dinars.
As for the claims that Privredna banka in bankruptcy has against debtors (domestic and foreign legal entities and entrepreneurs, as well as claims based on leases from legal entities and individuals), their total nominal value as of September 30 this year was 2,304,301,811.37 dinars. The estimated value of these claims is 133,618,733.25 dinars, and the deposit in the amount of 15% of the estimated value should amount to 20,042,809.99 dinars. The minimum acceptable offer cannot be lower than 100% of the estimated value, which is 133,618,733.25 dinars.
– The Bankruptcy Administrator of Financial Institutions and the Financial Institutions do not provide any guarantees for the collectability of the claims that are the subject of assignment, nor for the enforceability of the collateral for the claims. During the assignment, interested participants will be able to inspect the information, legal and financial documentation related to the claims that are the subject of the assignment, and will base their offers, in the public bid collection procedure, on their own assessment and analysis of the legal and economic status of the claims, as well as the means of securing the claims – the announcement states.
More detailed information on the subject of the assignment (sales documentation) will be available to interested participants after submitting a request for the purchase of documentation and paying the documentation fee. Persons interested in participating in the public opening of bids are required to pay the sales documentation fee in the amount of 120,000 dinars (for domestic legal or natural persons) or 1,000 EUR (for foreign legal or natural persons) and to submit a request for the delivery of sales documentation. Proof of payment and the request for the purchase of sales documentation are submitted or sent by registered mail no later than December 19.
– Interested parties who purchase the sales documentation and sign a confidentiality agreement (the confidentiality agreement will be provided as part of the sales documentation) will have the right to perform a legal and economic analysis of the receivables that are the subject of the assignment. Interested parties will be able to inspect and analyze the documentation (Due Diligence) at the premises of the Deposit Insurance Agency, 2 Kneza Mihaila Street,
by January 9 – the announcement specifies.
The public opening of bids will be held on January 16 at 2 Kneza Mihaila Streeet in the hall on the 4th floor.
