REF-G and REF-T forms to be implemented

The Tax Administration has informed taxpayers that, starting today, October 1, 2025, new REF-G and REF-T forms will be used in the procedure for submitting requests for refunds of excise duty paid on oil derivatives, biofuels and bioliquids used for transport purposes and for heating.

The replacement of the forms was carried out based on the Regulation on amendments to the Regulation on detailed conditions, manner and procedure for exercising the right to refunds of excise duty paid on oil derivatives from Article 9, paragraph 1, items 3), 5) and 7) of the Law on Excise Duties, used for transport purposes and for heating. The previous forms, which were in use until September 30, 2025, cease to be valid, the Tax Administration said in a statement.

Taxpayers are obliged to submit requests exclusively on the new forms starting today.

The new forms REF-G - Request for refund of excise duty paid on oil derivatives, i.e. bioliquids and REF-T - Request for refund of excise duty paid on oil derivatives, i.e. biofuels, are available on the Tax Administration website in the Legal Entities/Entrepreneurs/Individuals-Tax Returns and Forms section.
