SBRA: Company registration documents also to arrive to eInboxes

The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) has informed companies that documents issued upon applications in the registration procedure, as well as decisions issued ex officio, will now also be delivered to eInboxes (eSanduce) on the eGovernment portal.

In this way, delivery is considered completed when the user opens the electronic return receipt, and all legally prescribed deadlines begin to run from that moment. Companies are required to have a registered and up-to-date email address with the SBRA, as well as to register as users of eGovernment services.

Access to documents in eInboxes is enabled for legal representatives via a qualified electronic certificate or the ConsentID application, with the option to authorize another person to download the documents.
